The project
According to a common European policy and economic landscape, MAPPING 4.0 aims at involving the primary actors of this relationship (knowledge providers, entrepreneurs and HR managers), in a process of mutual acquaintance and understanding. This is chiefly focused on the development and improvement of organisational models to properly manage Human Resources within SMEs operating in the manufacturing sectors.

Main goals:
widening the knowledge and comprehension of SMEs staff organisational requirements in the light of Industry 4.0 manufacturing evolution; giving the direct possibility to entrepreneurs and their HR staff to get in contact and experience different management solutions, productive processes and effective training best practices; fostering the internationalization of the partners involved; improving competences, linked to the professional profiles; get a broader understanding of the most innovative practices, policies and organisational models.

MAPPING 4.0 will have a duration of 24 months. The project envisages the selection and participation of Manufacturing SMEs entrepreneurs and VET Organisations’ staffs dealing with the management of corporate strategies, sharing decisions on the knowledge and technological investments and innovation process of their companies along with the supervision, planning and coordination of in-house HR, the technical dept. and other public/private stakeholders and/or research and academic bodies. According to the MAPPING 4.0 aims and goals, beneficiaries will be from: -Manufacturing SMEs (entrepreneurs or HR Managers); -staff from VET training Bodies; -staff from Research and Business Support Organisations
