Job Shadowing for VET Staff

Join our teachers, trainers, mobility coordinators and other education professionals to explore vocational education and training in Italy. Our programmes focus on professional exchange, peer learning and practical insights into the everyday work of our VET centres. Come on your own, with colleagues from your organisation, or join a small international group. International group programmes combine shared sessions with activities tailored to individual professional interests and learning objectives. Training Courses for VET Staff
Practical learning for professionals working in vocational education and training.

Courses combine practical activities, collaborative learning and ENAIP Veneto's experience in vocational education, international mobility and European cooperation. |
Our training approach
Learning objectives. Strengthen professional competences, encourage international cooperation and explore practical tools and approaches to apply within your organisation.
Target participants. VET teachers, trainers, international coordinators, education managers and other staff interested in professional development.
Methodology. Interactive workshops, case studies, group discussions, peer learning and hands-on exercises. Depending on the topic, programmes may include visits to our training centres and exchanges with local professionals. We foster an inclusive environment for different backgrounds and experience levels.
Duration and language. Typically 5 training days, 5 hours per day; delivered in English, in small international groups (generally 8–15 participants).
Evaluation and certification. Short self-assessment activities during and at the end of the course. Participants receive a Certificate of Attendance.

Group Mobility for VET Students
Discover Italian vocational education through practical learning and cultural exchange.
We welcome groups of VET students and accompanying teachers for short-term learning experiences in Italy. Working closely with sending organisations, we design programmes that respond to students' vocational profiles, learning objectives and interests. We can help you organise your stay in Italy. In addition to the learning programme, ENAIP Veneto can coordinate practical arrangements according to each group's needs and budget.
- Accommodation: hotels, hostels, guesthouses or other suitable options.
- Meals: meal arrangements, including half-board or full-board options where available.
- Transport: airport transfers, local public transport passes and private transport for visits.
- Cultural activities: guided visits and excursions.
- On-site support: practical information, assistance and coordination during the programme.
