TYPE OF FOOD TO RECYCLE: BOILED PASTA WITH TOMATO SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
- 200 g of Pasta with Tomato sauce
- 100 g of Mozzarella
- 2 Eggs
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- Extra Virgin olive Oil
- Basil
- Oregano
- 20 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and Pepper
PROCEDURE
Chop the leftover pasta in a bowl and add the Parmesan cheese, a bit of pepper and chopped basil; Add the eggs, mix all and put the pasta in a baking pan previously greased with extra virgin olive oil. Level well and season with a layer of mozzarella cut into cubes and washed and diced tomatoes; Bake in a preheated oven at 220° for 10 minutes, before serving decorate the dish with oregano.
